Midi Probe

Description

A shorter version of the laparoscopic probe, the Midi probe is a specially designed gamma probe for sentinel lymph node detection biopsy of Melanoma, Breast Cancer and Prostate Cancer in open surgeries with small operation wounds and is also used for the head and neck region. 

The 10mm diameter of this probe helps navigate through the small regions of the head and neck as well as keeping the operation wound to a minimum, all without compromising sensitivity or performance.

When used intra-operatively the probe has to be protected by a sterile latex cover. As, for example, those used in ultrasound diagnostics.
